Vinyl

Records are graded basis the goldmine Grading Guide.

All records sold are listed as 'Very Good Plus Plus', 'Very Good Plus' or 'Very Good'.

Very Good Plus Plus (VG++)

VG++ records are almost 'near mint' but could have some minor edge wear or other minor imperfections.

Very Good Plus (VG+)

VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps and Minor signs of handling that do not affect the sound could be present. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration.

VG+ covers Could have minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long). a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking or price tag or price tag residue.

Very Good (VG)

VG records have more obvious flaws than higher graded records. They may lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise.

Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label. VG covers will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cover where the edge of a record would reside. more creases might be visible. Seam splitting MAY be more obvious. might have writing or a price tag on it.

Clothing

USed clothing is visually inspected for defects.

Any issues with condition will be clearly described and photographed on the product description page.

Minor repairs might be undertaken prior to listing such as securing loose buttons or repairing small holes. Where such repairs remain evident the repair will be listed in the product description.

All items are listed with the size shown on the original tag as well as our Yard Sale Records best estimate of actual fit.
